WHAT IS THE PLANT-BASED WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE?

This plant-based weight loss package includes lifestyle advice and meal plans based on personal weight loss goals. The package focus’ on incorporating healthy changes safely and effectively without fad-dieting.

Following a food diary analysis, I will provide you with advice on plant-based carbohydrates, proteins and fats and the effects they have on your body, as well as a detailed food plan and new recipes.

Each week we will meet online, one-one. During our sessions, we will talk about your progress, set new goals and discuss what foods you would like featured in your next week’s meal plan.

You will receive a personalised report (sent after each session) with your action plan for that week. I will also include lots of tips such as the brands I like, supplement suggestions, explanations of what we have covered, handouts and future priorities.

Once you have purchased a package, you will be sent your personal Customer Panel link and you will be able to book or reschedule your video calls for whatever day and time you like, whenever you like. However, ideally, it would be best to book at the same time and day once per week.

The holistic approach encompasses things such as how food affects you emotionally as well as how you feel about your physical shape, your eating habits, your lifestyle etc.

On the call, I will ask you questions about your health, habits and your goals.

You will be able to ask any questions you like, and we can discuss what you want to achieve, and what package would best suit your particular needs.

This will also help us discover whether or not we are a good fit.

I have specifically designed my programme packages to set you on the right path nutritionally for the rest of your life.

During the course of the programme, you will be provided with all the tools and support necessary to enable you to continue unaided on the path to optimal health and well-being.

This is all the majority of my clients will need, however, every situation is different, and you may feel you want further support. If so, you can always extend your programme for as many weeks as you feel is necessary.

Although holistic nutritional therapy can help to alleviate and aid the recovery of a client’s symptoms or problems, it should not be used as a replacement for medical advice, and clients who may have ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms will be referred to their medical professional.
